Q: Many readers/bloggers are also big music fans. Tell us about a few of your favorite bands/singers that we should listen to in 2012.
Okay..I am a country fan. I know weird right? You're thinking..hang on she loves paranormal but she listens to country? huh?
I do love paranormal but I do not think we should stereotype paranormal lovers into the heavy metal/Goth scene.
My favoreite right now are.....

* Eric Church
* Thompson Square

I am a paranormal fan, and although I love rock I am not really into Heavy Metal. I don't think it is that crazy.

I kind of fell into the alt/hard rock a little before that became the stereotype. I was reading paranormal for years before Twilight and whatnot. But I think I got into the heavy stuff because I have this look of younger person--something I will love later in life--and also people just thought I was this sweet little quiet girl and it really nagged at me. Sometimes I thought it was that people thought they might take advantage of me. Like letting them copy my homework or that I would help that out in a bind--which I do for my friends, but random people who suddenly started talking to me when they needed help?
ReplyDeleteOkay so I am rambling, but because I felt like people thought I was a "sweetie" I turned to the darkside of music! And honestly I do like it! The lyrics are all right, but it's the music I really like. And most of my music isn't the scream your head off type either. *Although I do admit to have a 1 or 2 bands that I like that do that! ;)
