Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater Review

This book was so great, I loved it. It's similar to Twilight and all the other supernatural love stories out there. The story is based on a young girl being ripped from her tire swing by a pack of starving wolves. She was saved by one of the pack members and an immediate curiosity strikes. The wolf and the girl spend the next six years staring at each other from the comfort of a safe distance of her backyard. Soon you find out that the wolf is a werewolf, in a sense, and is named Sam. Sam and Grace, the girl, fall in love and have to deal with the awkward trying times of avoiding Sam's bodily change into a wolf.

The story is compelling and rich with detail, a must-read that you won't want to put down. I can't wait to read the other two books Linger and Forever.
**5 STARS**
